I appointed myself as the CEO/President.  Regardless of the tactic or need, large or small, you'll deal with me.  Being fully vested goes beyond ownership.  This becomes a part of me and shows in our work. More importantly, our relationship. Besides that, I instituted "Casual Fridays" everyday of the week, well, I am the CEO and President after all.
